Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
CurrentResponsible for the development and implementation of organization-wide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of human resource management including employment, employee benefits, compensation, employee training, placement, organizational development, security, ADA and EEO compliance, and employee assistance. Lead all aspects of the company's labor relations programs, policies, and procedures. Direct labor-management relations, negotiate and interpret collective bargaining agreement, and serve as a point of contact for management on labor matters. Duties also include direction of office services and facilities management.
