With over 10 years of experience in fundraising, public relations, and nonprofit management, I am the Director of Operations at OneWest, Inc. This community development corporation advances racial and economic justice in West Louisville. As a licensed attorney in Kentucky, I also bring legal expertise and a compliance mindset to my role.I lead the expansion and diversification of OneWest's fundraising program, strategically enhancing long-term sustainable operating support for its mission and vision. In my previous role as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Enrollment Management at Union College, I raised over $22 million in six years, maintained enrollment through the end of the pandemic, and transformed the annual giving program, all while enhancing the institutional brand and communications.
