Brian Ruhlmann is a Founder, Farmer, Cook, Sales @ Craic Sauce at Craic Sauce. He possess expertise in public speaking, social networking, business development, social media, sports management and 11 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Brian took on the task of reinventing how the Orleans Firebirds, a team in the Cape Cod Baseball League, chose and managed its intern team. After working one year as an intern in 2011 Brian asked to have the responsibility of interviewing, hiring and managing a group of 20 interns for the 2012 season. He was able to put together our best group of interns in years. Brian was always punctual, constantly moving and hands on with a group of high school and college students who weren't getting paid. This is a tough task but Brian was able to motivate them to not only get the job done but also do more than what was required. One of Brian's ideas was for each intern to take on responsibility for a new project for the team. Some of the projects created include a book with pictures from the season to be sold for benefit of the team and a display of all of the players and their statistics and biographies that was put on the fence near the dugout at our final home game. Brian has raised the bar for our organization in choosing our interns and has agreed to put together the team of interns for next year even though he can't stay on for another year as an unpaid intern.
