This included consulting and working with the infrastructure and server groups. Pioneered, implemented, managed, and maintained various SOC tools including Splunk, LogRythm, DartkTrace, InsightVM (Nexpose), Varonis and others (including VMware and various infrastructure). Regularly tested the organization through phishing campaigns and made cybersecurity awareness a top priority though implementing regular and routine employee security awareness and training.

Supported, monitored, tested, and troubleshot hardware and software problems pertaining to the server and storage environment (VMware, Cisco UCS, VCE, EMC SAN). Reduced the physical and virtual footprint by converting physical machines to virtual as well as right-sizing existing VMs, allowing more resources to be shared. Single-handedly built a converged infrastructure environment for the organization’s new ERP deployment saving the organization over $100,000 in 3rd party vendor overhead (vBlock).
