Led 30-person team responsible for the continuous delivery of software changes through all phases of the life cycle.- Responsible for 1000’s of software deployments into the production environment with <1% error rate during those deployment activities- Defined and implemented a fully automated server build process that decreased the time to build new servers from 2 weeks to 2 hours. Also reduced the number of teams involved in the process from 4 to 1.- Designed and led the development of a software tool to support deployment and operations teams. The tool allows us to deploy software change to 10,000+ servers in a matter of minutes.- Defined and implemented CI/CD pipeline to support continuous, automated deployments into all pre-production environments. This resulted in a decrease in errors and a 100% on-time delivery of daily changes.
