•Design and utilize deterministic and stochastic computer models for planning purposes by analyzing electric utility loads, resources, contracts, economics, and prepare statistical, feasibility and sensitivity analyses. •Write, review, and develop contracts pertaining to resources; including generation, transmission, and bilateral agreements. •Subject manner export for renewable portfolio standard and electric vehicles.•Interface with State and Federal legislative and regulatory bodies ensuring REU meets required mandates. •Represent REU at key stakeholder events, both internally and externally.
