IRE (Industrial Real Estate) Investor - I began with building an industrial/commercial space for my own business over 20 years ago. From there, I acquired a 32,000 SF warehouse in Mondovi, WI in 2015 and exited the investment in 2020. I decided to become more active as an IRE investor in 2022. My team - Erik, Sonja, and Carina:) - and I, have acquired four more industrial properties since August 2022, and we are just getting started! We focus on value-add opportunities, often purchasing properties with short-term/partial rent or vacant, and seeking long-term leases to fill the space and cash flow the properties.
