I thrive on being able to holistically understand a challenge, while thoughtfully putting together each puzzle piece to find the solution. My career path has experienced both Client Side and Agency Side roles, so I've had the luxury of sitting on both sides of the table. Whether Brand, Product or Service, my philosophy is that everything comes down to relationships, with passion being the connective tissue. My background is diverse and began at one of the world's leading CPG Company's (Unilever) in their leadership program. My last position was at Digital Surgeons, as a member of the Executive Leadership team, heading up the Account/Client Services Team; actively managing 9 direct reports, with a book of business of 20+ Clients. Resident fire fighter, my job changed moment to moment based on the businesses I was supporting. My core responsibilities on a weekly basis were to provide strategic direction, plan and execute deliverables, dream up the next great campaign/tactic, and ultimately act as an arbiter for all of my clients. I've now taken this valuable experience and moved Independent, founder of EverWonder, LLC, a marketing consultancy where I partner with businesses and brands to shape their narrative. For me, it's all about the collision of curiosity and creativity, finding new ways to tell stories. Most definitely not a “yes” man, and will always push for the best work product and direction, even if it ruffles some feathers. I love bringing teams together and inspiring them to be their best, while never losing site of the bottom line and core profitability. I have no patience for fluff and buzzwords, and make a conscious effort to both speak and write emails like a human being.My energy and focus is fueled daily by an immense passion and enthusiasm for everything I do.
