Served as the primary technical consultant for one of the nation's largest Great Plains Software channel partners, earning the “Rookie of the Year” award for providing exemplary support and service to their clients. Responsible for the installation and configuration of new accounting software deployments, as well as the upgrades and maintenance on existing systems. Installed and maintained systems on both Windows NT and Novell based networks running various databases including Ctree, Btrieve, Faircom Server, Pervasive SQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Migrated data into the Great Plains database to ensure new clients the ability to retain data from their legacy accounting systems.
