The integration consisted of two data centers, 1,600+ users, 800+ computers, eighteen facilities, fifteen cloud service providers, and 50+ systems. Over 70 terabytes of data was involved in this effort.

In true Silicon Valley start-up form, although nestled in the hills of Central Pennsylvania, Mr. Shrift founded Precision Business Solutions from his apartment while attending St. Francis University. For the next fourteen years he continued to build the company from a one-man IT support company to a Managed Service Provider, and now, Cybersecurity and IT Management firm. As the President and Owner of a small business, Mr. Shrift was responsible for everything from technical service delivery to human resources and payroll. Over the years he has delt with and overcame all types of challenges, from customer service to personnel matters, and the regular sales and use tax audit. Not only was he a leader, but mentor and coach, helping staff to achieve their goals while continuing to advance their careers. Mr. Shrift was recognized for his hard work with several awards, the most notable including: • Western Pennsylvania Small Business Administration, Young Entrepreneur of the Year. 2010.• Best Research Paper: Phishing our clients: A step toward improving training via social engineering. He transitioned to a part-time role at Gryphon Technologies for six months to assist in the integration as a consultant.

Before joining Gryphon Technologies, Mr. Shrift was an Audit Team Lead (contractor) to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), in the Information Security Division, Risk Management Branch. As Audit Team Lead, he was responsible for managing internal and external audits, from organizations including Office of Inspector General (OIG), KPMG and internal audits. He consulted and advised Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) on mitigation and remediation plans, System Security Plans, POA&Ms and participated in the Ongoing Authorization program.Additionally, Mr. Shrift was tasked with managing the Interconnection Security Agreements and assisting in SharePoint Site Management. He built a system within SharePoint for the Audit Team to manage audits and artifact requests.
