Hey there! Thanks for checking out my profile. I've been a professional actor, working in theatre, film & television for over 20 years now. I also offer audition preparation & coaching to other professional actors. I also taught intro to On Camera performance at Sheridan College for 2 semesters. I am also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, having studied for 2 years with Jack Kornfield & Tara Brach through University Of California's Greater Good Sciences Center.
