Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within RMF in theAssessment and Authorization process and policies, Security Control validation, Artifacts collection, andPOA&M remediation development for managing the risk of secure information systems.Duties include the deployment of Windows 10 and 11 Secure Host Baseline-Army, Red Hat EnterpriseLinux 8 (hardened with SSG-SCAP Security Guide), and instrumentation hardware using EmbeddedOperating Systems per mission directives. Work with LDAP and Active Directory to join systems todirectory services. Maintain computers, systems, and users in directory Organizational Units.Information Assurance responsibilities include using ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution)as well as the NAVY Evaluate-STIG to scan secure networks and host systems for vulnerabilities, mitigatevulnerabilities using STIG validation (Security Technical Implementation Guides) to harden core systemservices.
