Led Logistics Team through company Transformation Initiative identifying over $34M savings through improved process and cost cutting efforts.

Managed team accountable for maintaining more than 200,000 contract lines for OEM/MRO items, capex projects, purchases and repairs. Identified, hired, trained mentored and managed employees across the Eastern Hemisphere from Aberdeen, Angola, Cameroon, South Africa, Nigeria, Malta, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, India, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Singapore and Australia. Managed US Materials and Purchasing Department for the day-to-day procurement and materials requirements for global offshore fleet of drilling rigs. Identified, negotiated, purchased and coordinated contracts and the delivery of Owner Furnished Equipment for seven (7) 8500 Series Semi-Submersible rigs during the Ensco deep water construction expansion program in excess of $150M per rig. Developed and executed the Alternative Parts Procurement Initiative during inventory build-up for 8500 series resulting in over 50% savings over original cost of spares. Established vendor recognition program in support of increased activity recognizing and awarding over seven (7) vendors who exceeded expectations in their support to Ensco and the build program.

Transferred from overseas to develop and support Peoplesoft ERP system utilized for Procurement and Inventory. Managed upgrades from original implementation version 8.4 to 8.9. Developed and implemented e-Supplier and e-Settlement vendor portals resulting in over 70% of vouchers, request for quotes and purchase order acknowledgements being performed by the vendor via the online portal. Developed and implemented the global SC training program.
