Selected as Embedded Attorney for the Homeland Security Investigations (“HSI”) directorate within Immigration and Customs Enforcement.Advise Special Agents on investigative strategy and compliance with a wide range of legal and policy issues, including disclosure of sensitive information, the Privacy Act, asset forfeiture, border search of electronic media and Fourth Amendment issues, criminal and customs law, drafting civil and criminal case discovery requests, and ethics law.
