Additional duties included engineering for utility permits and right-of-way issues, economic development projects, construction engineering, establishing policies and procedures for MDOT's Rail Freight Division.Last 5 yrs: Area Engineer - Local Agency Programs, ensuring AASHTO, MDOT, FHWA standards of County and City transportation projects with state/federal funding reimbursement. Specialty duties included environmental-hydrological-hydraulic design reviews.
