Provided contract iOS services to one of the leading companies in the hotel industry.* Supported an iOS app that has more than 10 million active users.* Served as point of contact and SME for a 3rd-party vendor library:--- Created sample apps around their library in order to better communicate issues and feature requests, both internally and with the vendor.--- Created demo apps that showcased features and limitations of the library, in order to facilitate UX decisions.--- Shipped an internal-only tool enabling full functionality of the library, allowing decision makers to establish future plans.

Mobile and web development in the Applications Services division, deployed on several projects for WWT’s clients. Applied agile methodologies to continuously improve functionality and user satisfaction. Supported company culture by conducting values interviews for numerous candidates. Acquired skills in additional tech stacks between projects in order to be billable in a wider range of technologies.* Client projects: A health care provider with $33B annual revenue.--- iOS app, 3 month engagement. A newsfeed of articles and videos for hospital staff. Contributed to adding ServiceNow support to streamline help ticketing process. Managed by Azure DevOps, utilizing CucumberSwift for unit tests.--- iOS apps, 4 month engagement. A pair of apps allowing doctors to communicate about challenging medical cases while preserving patient privacy. Participated in user experience testing and feedback. Testing done with XCTest and Postman.--- Android app, 1 year 8 month engagement. An app enabling video chat with providers, managing medical information, and navigation inside hospitals using Bluetooth beacons. Primary contact for 3rd-party library vendor. Joined in Program Increment (PI) planning activities within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).* Client project: A bank with $8B annual revenue.--- Web app, 1 year 3 month engagement. A cost-saving project to replace costly 3rd-party module with in-house services. Developed new pages on web front end, in alignment with client’s established patterns, communicating with new internal REST endpoints. Ensured ADA compliance to improve screen reader experience.

Provided contract iOS services, involved in the development and publishing of dozens of apps for a wide variety of clients and markets. Clients ranged from startups to multibillion dollar corporations. Often the sole developer, also worked as part of agile teams. Careful memory management for large images. NSOperations used for background file processing.--- Dating/Social Network. Integration with Facebook SDK, utilizing CometChat for AV communications. * Served as Project Leader for the PowerFlexx project, the industry’s first electro-hydraulic powered lift-assist cot.* Served as Lead Designer for many of the major products released to the Domestic Emergency market: PowerFlexx, 35-P ProFlexx, 93-P ProFlexx. Contributed to numerous other projects: 35-P Nordic, Manual and Actuated Vet Cots, XCalibur, 50E* Designed numerous types of parts and assemblies: machined plastic and metal, extrusions, investment castings, bent tubing, sheet metal, thermoformed plastic, weldments, and assembly mechanisms/linkages.* Provided extensive training and support for I-DEAS users, including international group companies. Typically the “go to” person when problems or questions arose.* Customized I-DEAS with macros and icons that saved time and reduced user errors.* Assisted with the development of CAD policies, such as part numbering schemes and assembly methods, that enabled efficient usage and reduced database redundancies.* Administered CAD testing and evaluation of potential new hires.
