I have been in the Telecommunication Industry for almost 10 years now, and I have always loved how it changes to suit the needs of the client with the availability of the newest technology. Installing for an innovative company means I get to play with and test out new technologies, or at least tech that is recently being pushed to residential services from commercial. With the standardization that comes with any employers requirements, I always find that a keen eye to detail makes the difference to any installed service. The best equipment in the world does nothing without it being installed, so it is best to install it right. My strongest attribute would be an eye for safety and aesthetics. I put both these together more to point out that if your work looks good, then the client won't fiddle with it, hence the safety and security that nothing will be modified and possibly ruined.Aside from my most recent employment, I've also spent time as a machinist and front of house customer service. As a machinist, detailed and consistent work was required at a steady pace. Enjoyable to a point but a little monotonous. As a Customer Service Rep, I worked with a large team to keep pace with customer demand and maintain proper account information with each customer interaction.
