I strive when necessity is the drive for learning, solving problems that already exist. Often using experience in one field and applying it to another, it's easy to see a nail when you're a hammer, the challenge is to explain a nail to a toolbox of non-hammers. My ideal job has three parts: First, a clear correlation between effort and reward, Second, is complexity - constantly challenged, Third, is autonomy - the ability to set priorities, chose solutions, move freely in day-to-day operations.I am above average height, I have never been able to hide in a crowd, so I have embraced my height, being very outgoing, cheerful and warm. I like to make kettle corn in my spare time, this allows the natural salesman in me shine, meeting new people and convincing them through all five senses that kettle corn is right for them. Walking up you instantly know the sounds of popping corn, you instinctively move towards the sound, once you start heading in our direction you can start to smell it, you look over and you can see man and machine working hard, I notice you and motion you over for a sample. The sample is warm, fresh and unlike regular popcorn, tastes exactly how it smells.
