He provided training in conjunction with Sales Managers to the Sales channels. Mr. Snell worked closely with Sales and conducted in-house technical seminars and meeting with strategic and preferred customers. He also worked closely with the factory applications group to resolve customer’s technical issues. In his last six months Mr. Snell achieved an unprecedented 98% closure rate on all of his design opportunities that yielded $18.2 million in new sales for the following 24 months. He also performed the task of Product Manager for the company’s 18 product lines doing vendor management, communicating the customer’s requirements, design wins and forecasts. Mr. Snell was also responsible for his ongoing personal development and product specialization to stay at the leading technical edge of products and applications. As a Technical Sales Consultant Mr. Snell was responsible for following up on vendor leads, he contacted new potential customers and assessed their particular needs and turning them into new business opportunities for all the sales regions.

He also managed the network and system administration and was responsible for specifying and purchasing new computer hardware and software.Thermal Energy Systems Ltd. - Project Engineer (May 1991 to August 1991)Mr. Snell’s main duties included developing software to determine the maximum and continuous head for piping. He performed mathematical modeling of flue gases and developed those results into a program to determine boiler efficiencies.Mr. Snell was also assigned the task Project Engineer and worked on heat calculations for various feasibility studies of industrial heating systems. He also managed the network and system administration and was responsible for specifying and purchasing new computer hardware and software.
