I oversee the comprehensive user experience and layout for GTM Sportswear, TeamStore®, Coach’s Assistant, and GTM Fundraising websites. My focus is on enhancing current web pages to prioritize customer experience and optimize the shopping funnel. By leveraging a blend of creative abilities and market insights, I contribute to the development, design, and production of online content aimed at educating consumers, delivering a positive experience aligned with GTM Sportswear’s mission, and encouraging customers to engage in financial transactions through our online platform. I collaborate with the development and marketing teams to maintain uniform branding and design standards across all web materials and interfaces.• Creates list of requirements for updating and creating new website interfaces.• Create wireframes that are a basic graphic representation of the final website showing functionality, layout, basic design and copy.• Take new project requirements and create customer flowcharts and high level sitemaps.• Create mock-ups for new websites, tools, and features and drive them to prototype.• Uses tools to demonstrate prototype web interfaces.• Presents information and responds to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.• Work with stakeholders to approve copy, design and functionality of new web elements.• Pro-actively seeks new types of design and product marketing.• Leads meetings and discussions on overall design and function of online marketing pieces.• Supports the GTM service model by making service personal in all tasks and assignments. • Completes position specific training plan, and engages in continuous development utilizing a developmental plan.I also am GTM's Videographer recording new marketing materials for Social Media and YouTube.
