Manage team of 21 developers, 7 direct and 14 indirect. Lead the Professional Services Subject Matter Experts (SME) program. Worked with PM and BA managers to expand SME program to include project managers and business analysts. Expanded developer SME program to include larger DevOps group to better support CI/CD pipeline and improve build/deployment times for developers.

Managed team of 5 - 7 professional services developers. Worked with associates on career planning and growth. Increased team engagement through the use of biweekly team meetings. This model was later adopted by other members of the leadership team for their reports.

Provide day to day support for several development teams within our division. Lead daily SCRUM calls if team leads are not available to do so. Work with development manager and other team leads to set process and procedures to make development teams more efficient and productive. Manage builds for patches and major releases. Coding of cases for the PCLender LOS application.

LPS was merged with Fidelity National Financial and our company is now known as Black Knight Financial Services, Inc.

I worked on the Loan Origination Systems (LOS) Base Product Team. I designed bug fixes and enhancements from functional design documents written by company business analysts and coded the solutions into the base application. I also provided development level support to the company’s technical support staff as part of a developer-on-call rotation. I was also involved in training newly hired developers and managers on the LOS application. Additionally, I worked directly with clients to code custom enhancements for their version of the LOS application; as well as train client developers and business analysts on working with and developing custom enhancements for the LOS application.

Led a team of two to three people providing network and software support to approximately 600 students. Had close interactions with the students and occaisionally parents. Over the summer I assisted in training new hires and also acted as a mentor for one of the newly hired Residential Consultants.
