• General Manager of Storage, Networks & Compliance (SNC) business unit. I integrated what was previously over a dozen distinct businesses into one cohesive business unit. This included building and staffing a completely.
• Grew revenues from $45M to $65M (45% increase) through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
• Staffed and developed new Executive Leadership Team consisting of 11 executive direct reports.
• Introduced organically 2 new Rocket branded products as well as OEM sales through IBM
• Successfully integrated 6 corporate acquisitions with 43 products.
• Responsible for managing twelve software development labs, including five in the U.S., U.K., Russia, Australia, France, Canada, Germany, and China Integrated product lines and sales forces
