Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development led the research and development of new strategic initiatives, including all products, services, and platforms to support initiatives. Responsible for researching and documenting business practices, replicating best practice, developing business cases and strategy, writing policy, developing systems, and managing department operations. Direct reports included directors of project management, assessment and strategic technology as well as various Subject Matter Experts.

Reporting to the CEO led program management and business operations, including finance, HR, IT, accounting, grant administration, and fundraising and development. As partner to the CEO was responsible for the strategic leadership of the organization, oversight for programs and direct services, day-to-day administration of the organization, relationships with board of directors and board committees, and owner of grants and government contracts. Direct reports included directors of administration, marketing and public relations, fundraising and development, and three separate and distinct organizational programs.

Serving as principal built and managed two Internet startups, including website that brokered graphic designs and designers, and eBay store that sold home goods and wrought-iron decor imported from Mexico. Managed contract negotiation and administration on both sides. Hired and worked with third parties to build websites, perform maintenance, perform graphic design, and develop products. Responsible for vendor selection and contract negotiation, setting up accounts, managing inventory and one small warehouse, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, and overseeing fulfillment. Direct reports included head of product development, contract web developers and Subject Matter Experts.

Reporting to the Dean, who served as divisional chief executive officer led business operations of the school, including staffing of programs, finance, HR, IT, facilities, marketing, call center operations, and enrollment management. Leveraging a team of more than 200 professional, technical and administrative staff, oversaw the day-to-day administration and expenses in excess of $55,000,000 per year. Direct reports included directors of finance and administration, technology, HR, marketing, advertising, student services, and admissions.
