I am a self-motivated individual with a long history of success working in high stress environments, both in the customer service and public service related fields. I have over 20 years of upper level management experience leading as many as 150 employees. I have been responsible for the leading numerous organizations in both the public service and customer service industries. My expansive skill set includes concept design, organizational planning, team building, training, public speaking, organizational management, policy writing and implementation, and community relations. I have been able to revamp public organizations to become more efficient and reduce liability as well as build and re-concept customer service industries increasing revenues and customer bases.
