Guide a team of professionals that deliver programs and services at one of Brampton's largest recreation facilities.With four arenas, a large aquatics centre (two pools, sauna, hot tub and water slide) fitness centre, gymnasium, preschool area, multi purpose rooms and concessions we routinely welcome more than one-hundred thousand people a month. Just 18 months after fully reopening following COVID, capitalizing on this foot traffic, program participation levels and revenue figures now exceed those from 2019.Now working on City's first retrofit designed to achieve zero carbon foot with near-zero GHG emissions in a recreation centre. Once construction begins project will take approximately 18 months to complete. Will be done in stages so as to minimize the need for shutdown of the full facility.

Led the development of a corporate social media program that provides innovative communication channels for various initiatives across the City of Brampton.Acted as media spokesperson for several key topics. Interacting with major media outlets on a regular basis. Sometimes on scene with Brampton Fire and Emergency Services or other departments at major incidents. Trained as City's Deputy Public Information Officer and required to respond to the City's Emergency Operations Centre during times of crisis.

Responsible for research, policy and social media. Emphasis is on economic monitoring, the creative economy and community engagement.
