Key functional areas in the Operations organization include Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials/Logistics, Customer Service, and Maintenance.• Led the team to implement a 25% output increase through workflow optimization and improved production scheduling. This increase enabled us to exceed the annual revenue target by 10%.• Implemented 5S kaizens to drive improvement in organization and cleanliness throughout the facility and created sufficient storage space to accommodate over 50 new product molds.• Project manager to launch the largest boat in company history. Served as primary liaison between Operations and the product design team to design the new model and implement into production.
