During this project, I lead the team hands-on to gain control of the project while managing stakeholder expectations through closing of the project.-Various small businesses: My responsibilities included assembling and installing equipment racks, install and terminate cabling for voice, data, video, and security networks that included Cat3, Cat5/e, Cat6, RG59, RG6, and single mode fiber optic. Install and mount projectors, small and large screen monitors/TVs. Run composite, VGA, SVGA, or HDMI cabling for remote video locations.-Express Energy: I supervised the upgrade and reconfiguration of the cabling for the voice and data networks that included installing new RJ45 jacks at all voice and data locations, new drops, moving existing cabling terminations from the floor below that included toning and tracing every cable for the floor, build and install equipment racks in data room. -Lowes network upgrade: I supervised and worked alongside the crew responsible for the installation and termination of single-mode fiber to the desk (FTTD), along with low voltage power cabling to new access point locations, mounting and installation of Cisco Aironet access points, installation of new bridging/media converters at all equipment locations. Verification of fiber terminations using Fluke DTX cable analyzer with fiber module, remapped the network terminations between switches, patch panels, and endpoints for future VLAN conversion. Verification and troubleshooting of end device connectivity.
