Solustar Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based startup specializing in advanced automation, Solustar offers a range of products, from disinfecting robots to concierge robots, designed to enhance operational efficiency and improve safety across various industries. My accomplishments include:➤ Project Lead for Self-Disinfecting Robot (SDR) – Led the design, prototyping, and development phases, overseeing all aspects of the project from concept to deployment.➤ Developed Custom PCB for Power Distribution and Control – Engineered a custom PCB, optimizing power distribution and control for efficient robot performance.➤ Programmed and Optimized Autonomous Navigation and Spraying Systems – Leveraged Robot Operating System (ROS) and microcontroller programming to enhance the robot's navigation and operational efficiency.➤ Directed UI/UX Team for Web-Based Control System – Led the development of a user-friendly web interface, enabling seamless robot management and control.➤ Spearheaded Certification with TUV SUD for Market Readiness – Initiated and managed the certification process to ensure SDR’s compliance and marketability, supporting its path to commercialisation.

At SP Power Grid Gas Network Operations (GNO), I supported gas network system oversight in Singapore via SCADA. Key accomplishments included automating data analysis with Excel VBA to identify redundant alarms and leading an alarm management workshop to reduce unnecessary alarms in the SCADA system.

At A*STAR ARTC in the Repair and Restoration Department, I helped develop automated masking for aerospace parts, prototyped plugs using Siemens NX CAD and 3D printing, and conducted tests on sand adhesion and direct painting techniques for aircraft maintenance.

At Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT) in Singapore, I completed the SAR-66 B1 (Module M6/M7) Basic Training, covering materials, hardware, and maintenance practices such as sheet metal work and electrical installation. Accomplishments include building a working hydraulic jack, earning an Award of Excellence for Outstanding Performance, and receiving the LTT Scholarship.
