Brian Sullivent, has worked in wind for over 16 years. He joined LM Wind Power Blades in 2008 and was implemental in the startup of the Little Rock Port facility working in and learning all phases of production. During Brian’s tenure at the Port factory, he was a hands on manager in every department in blade manufacturing including but not limited to, Molding, Repairs and Closing, Finishing, Assembly, and Quality Control. Brian then transitioned into LM Wind Power Service and Logistics as a Service Coordinator in the Abilene Texas location. In this role he managed over 2 million in external sales, as well as 3 million in internal warranty work for 2011. Brian was promoted to Service Supervisor and was responsible for all allocation of resources, equipment, and technicians to repair Wind Turbines in North America. In the Service Supervisor role, Brian over saw the execution of over 6 million in external sales and 4 million in warranty work. Since leaving LM, Brian has had the experience managing multiple operations across the third party service market for Wind Turbines. Before his introduction into Wind, he worked his way through the ranks starting as a Management Trainee with Tyson Foods, Promoted to Supervisor, than Shift Supervisor, then Production Coordinator and Shipping Manager in the facility located in North Little Rock, Ar. Brian has completed training in Residential Real Estate Appraisal, and has joined Clearfork Appraisal as a Trainee. He is enjoying the experience and the opportunity to break into the DFW market. With the experienced gained through Residential Appraisal, Brian has established BEST Properties of Fort Worth LLC and began purchasing properties around the Fort Worth area providing a creative rental solutions.
