- Maintaining more than 1200 Apple Devices and making sure under the proper compliance and growing- Performing Product Management, UI UX design, development, and Manual Quality assurance of internally use the app in swiftUi, being used by more than 200 active users per day to record their attendance- Responsible for one site consisting of member with an ever growing number of devices and infrastructure to support- Ultimately responsible for the reliability and availability of the Data Network, Audio/Vision Network and Client Computing resources- IT ticket management, categorization, prioritization, and escalation — ensuring all faults are progressed and cleared within SLA - escalating to other internal and external teams as appropriate- Project management of IT changes (software, hardware, process)- Provide direct assistance to end-users, vendors, and external teams to resolve issues Manage third-party vendor relationships (hardware/software/facility)- Provide training to end-users (presentations, workshops, written guides)- providing information and recommendation about apple devices that are suitable to choose from for certain tasks that gonna be used by hundreds of users- Helping users with XCode-related problemsSkill: macOS, iOS, iPad OS, watch OS, MacBook, iPhone, Apple Watch, HomePod, iCloud, Apple Ecosystems, MDMTools: Ms office, keynotes, pages, numbers, airtable
