As our acronym name states we:1) Setup2) Maintain3) Advise4) Repair5) TutorAs the owner I schedule myself or independent contractors to do the above tasks and much more for business and home users.

I wrote grants for the state of Kentucky to provide training for incumbent workers. Dealing with 5s, Six Sigma and all facets of training. This was a very exciting job to see the state of Kentucky really invest in it's local people.

I developed specialized curriculum to instruct at a remote campus of Bowling Green Technical College. This training spanned from networking, computer repair, basic computer skills and all the way through software usage like Word / Excel.

I worked with customers to do PC repairs. It could range from virus removal to motherboard replacements. This was a great "hands on" position to learn better about how the "end user" can manipulate things in a way that need to be repaired afterwards.
