Current• Qualify inbound opportunities using personalized emails, phone and Zoom calls to schedule meetings for Account Executive teams• Track and manage all Salesforce activities including follow up task and reports while maintaining excellent pipeline hygiene• Followed 162 meetings through to completion with a 64% conversion rate generating $2 million in potential opportunities in the first year and a half • Met or exceeded all monthly and quarterly goals by 155% in 2023• Build relationships with multiple departments across the organization• Seek information and guidance to create a more efficient workflow and overall better customer experience
