As a leader of a team of 16 people, my role was to oversee modeling projects using effective work methods, ensuring timely and successful completion. Through my leadership, we were able to consistently deliver high-quality results within the given timeline.

As a product manager, my responsibility was to provide the necessary production elements for a team of 17 people, leading and managing the team using SCRUM agile methodologies to achieve the successful completion of the project. I am pleased to report that, despite the project being delayed by a month, we managed to deliver the complete product 25 days ahead of the deadline. This was a great achievement for the entire team and I am proud of the work we did together.
