As Director of eCommerce with Terry's Tire Town, I am tasked to oversee functions of our B2B and B2C web portals. This includes daily maintenance, support and customer facing operations as well as new feature design, procedure process flow design, testing, report design, troubleshooting and training for all of our companies eCommerce projects. Another part of my day includes training of our company wide sales force with our internal B2B systems, and our eCommerce support products for our dealers. In support to our outside sales efforts I also perform training seminars on eCommerce and industry products, as well as work one on one with tire dealers to help put a strategy together for their eCommerce efforts. As well as the internally powered projects I also handle all data exchange interrogations with partners that offer our customers products that include eCommerce solutions and point of sale systems.

As a Product and Fitment Specialist in a new start up department within an established company, I was tasked to maintain the sourcing, purchasing and marketing of a complete line of aftermarket performance parts and custom wheels with a product screen devoted to the tire retailer, and specialty re seller. With customers over many different sales channels and with different marketing stagnates we were continually challenged to meet the growing needs of our customers and their markets. I was a key product designer for multiple eCommerce projects within our company spanning from complete ground up build of B2C sites as well a provider of product data catalogs built to meet the specs of several large wholesale customers to integrate our companies together. This while building a strong relationship with key accounts and developing new strategies to develop new business within our customer base. I was able to work and train others on many different mediums, from working trade shows for our company and suppliers, while supporting our customers with product and sales training, as well as assisting in many in all kinds of customer facing events.
