Key role is to assist the business to deliver projects for the supply chain and manufacturing functions as agreed with the Kerry Foods senior leadership team, through business engagement, ICT knowledge, project management, process mapping and communication.Responsible for supply chain and manufacturing systems within Kerry Foods covering 18 manufacturing sites across four food technologies in Ireland and the UK.Represent Kerry’s ICT function at senior management level for the diary technology within Kerry Foods. Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across a wide range of business and ICT functions both internal and external to Kerry Foods including external vendor management of 3rd party software applications. ICT Business Engagement Lead for SAP release 6 into Kerry Foods.Currently working on lean supply chain initiatives through work on Integrated Business Planning, the Kerry Production System, OEE and the introduction of standard ICT ways of working.Responsible for the design and deployment of a standard stock reconciliation report and business process for Kerry Foods.Responsible for the generation of innovative process and system enhancements in the area of supply chain and manufacturing, building business cases where relevant and presentation of same to senior leadership team for approval.

Joined the Kerry Foods ICT Supply Chain team with responsibility for forecasting, planning, warehouse management, factory data capture, production execution, sales order management, purchase order processing and master data management. Involved in the design and rollout of the Kerry Foods Supply Chain Operating Model. ICT Lead for the delivery to the Network Optimisation Project, with key deliverables being the removal of customer order picking onsite and transfer to a 3PL. ICT Lead for the requirements gathering, tender process, delivery and deployment of the new standard OEE software solution for Kerry Foods. Played an active role in a 3rd line support function to the business. Responsible for external vendor management of 3rd party software applications. Mentor, coach and develop a number of direct reports.

As a Senior Software Engineer, my key responsibility was project delivery, stakeholder management and requirements analysis. Managed team of developers through the project management lifecycle. Instrumental in the adoption of Project Management methodologies within our functional team.

Having completed the graduate program I took up a programming role in the CIF project team focusing on CRM requirements. Played lead role in the development and deployment of all CRM applications to the new branch banking platform. Designed and developed a complete end to end Relationship Manager application using a combined solution with both legacy and cutting edge technologies. Coordinate system and user test teams through the project lifecycle.
