For 30+ years, I have served in a variety of roles in the retail industry, from working on the sales floor to strategically directing $30+ million of business for The Duck Store (University of Oregon Bookstore) and currently Director of a top five performing college store, the University of Tennessee VolShop. My roles over the years have included graphic design, marketing, management, leadership training, outreach, e-commerce, logistics, and capital improvements. I'm always working to improve my 360° knowledge of retail and the college retail industry to better serve customers and the university community.
