The span of control in this position included order taking, cash management, forecasting, logistics, resource planning, add-on sales, profit improvement and quality. Recruited into this role based on previous successes transforming business units. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Launched the first-ever Ericsson/Mediaroom solution enabling a key client to deliver IPTV subscription services, including content-protected, live, digital video recorder, video on demand, multiscreen and wireless video streaming. The outcome facilitated catapulting the customer from last to first in Ireland’s market, as measured by an independent consumer group. ► As the prime integrator, led a massive topline 2-year network rollout of 4,400+ (cell towers) and recalibrated an extended budget and timeline by making substantial changes to the delivery team. This included 380 Ericsson staff and customer employees.► Transformed field engineering KPI performance to a 23X improvement— by convincing the client to forgo 100+ KPI’s for a single, joint KPI. This change greatly enhanced cross-company collaboration, improved end-customer experience, secured >92% achievement of the 100+ KPI’s, and resulted in a 2-year contract extension.. ► Exceeded 100% of KPI’s on Pan-European, multi-region, spare parts services that ensured the best possible network availability for Ericsson’s valued clients.
