I truly do believe in mutually beneficial partnerships. I enjoy managing a global team as it reminds me to stay humble and open-minded.Where I Excel - I am particularly keen at finding creative ways to generate new revenue streams for partners, not only through exciting innovative products during up cycles (which at times actually generate little revenue) but also realistic, grounded decision-making that take into account difficult realities such as limited resources and a capped P&L during down cycles. How I Partner - For the deals I sign, I look for two types of partners - partners that can validate product hypotheses and long-term partners that will fundamentally change the strategic direction of our entire business unit.
