Bri Smocks is a devoted mother, visionary strategist, and gifted education specialist who innovatively consults on community and philanthropic initiatives. She co-founded the Arri Kenzo Foundation (AKF) with her husband in 2022. As an exceptionally trained, award-winning educator, she incorporates her teaching expertise and empathy into every project. She also implores the original #BriEBS financial and community living model. It serves as a currency and the basis of her research regarding the role of work in society. Professionally, Bri serves as Editor in Chief of Levi&Toonk, LLC and the Chief Executive Officer of Smocks Media Group (SMG): she and her husband's multimedia conglomerate committed to a varied portfolio of developments meeting at the intersection of Education, Entertainment, and Wellness. AKF operates as the non-profit arm of SMG, benefiting from a large network of exceptional thinkers, researchers, and creators who help to amplify/support maternal health and environmental causes pertinent to the Black community. By employing authentic, compassionate, and revolutionary strategies, Bri and her team craft solutions which will ultimately heal the planet and aid people in living their most authentic lives.Just a few of her professional accomplishments include: re-writing a Texas district’s curriculum for 10th grade English, being recognized on several occasions for her outstanding work with students by administrative leaders, serving as the campus chair for English as a Second Language learners, being named a Future Inspiring Woman of the Southwest by the Southwest Jewish Congress, earning Levi&Toonk recognition as a top 100 business in FedEx's 2020 Small Business Grant Contest, and winning the first round of the Invest in Progress Grants by The Boss Network. In her spare time, she enjoys reading memoirs/autobiographies and getting lost in beautifully arranged music. She also serves her community through the Long Beach Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
