Paul and I were both sales engineers with Sunair before buying the company and our headquarters in Willow Grove, PA, in 2004. We look forward to many more years of serving our customers.We serve diverse industries including petroleum refining, chemical processing, general industry, health and nutrition, water and wastewater, pulp and paper, power, terminals and pipelines, and metals and mining.We take a "Reliability Focused" approach to helping our customers successfully complete pumping projects by considering both macro- and micro-level details:- Understand our customers' systems so that we can recommend the best pump for the application. - Specify the complete scope of supply for a pump including mechanical seal system (or a sealless pump where applicable), method of lubrication, baseplate, coupling, and driver. - Emphasize the importance of following good installation and piping practices. - Recommend energy saving controls such as variable speed drives, as well as pump and rotating equipment protection devices such as motor load monitors.- Provide commissioning support and startup supervision.- Service rotating equipment to maintain optimal efficiency and identify ways to improve reliability of existing equipment.
