After 25 years as an accomplished and seasoned technologist — working with leading companies and firms as a consultant, advisor, strategist and executive — I decided to take a risk and pursue my passion in basketball coaching in October, 2022I had already founded (2016), managed, and coached a Central NJ AAU program featuring players from 4th-12th for 7 years while working full-time, but making basketball full-time was not only financially challenging but put me in an industry in which I was almost starting over.I joined the Men’s program at Bucks County Community College as an Assistant Coach and then took the reins as the Women’s Coach a year later. After 7 years without a team, we finished the season with 2 wins playing with an almost completely new roster. One player was a 1st Team All League selection.In the late summer of 2024, I was given an amazing opportunity to join the Harvard Women’s Basketball team, a Division 1 program in the Ivy League. Under the helm of Coach Carrie Moore, I was hired as the Coordinator of Program Development and Analytics. This includes video tagging and management of games and practices, production of stats and insights of games and practices, creation of a Game Within the Game report for the Head Coach, Pre-Game warmup and drills support, scouting and recruiting support, practice drills and play involvement, etc.
