Supported MediaMath's Product and Engineering teams of 250+ folks on all things people:• Worked with leadership to shape and execute on talent strategy & initiatives, inclusive of: culture-building, development, career pathing, recruiting effectiveness, talent planning, and talent metrics.• Provided leaders with day-to-day support and coaching on talent programs & processes, team effectiveness, and employee relations.• Served as employee point person and advocate through new hire check-ins, coaching, and survey action planning.• Managed a small team and worked closely with key People Team stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition and People Analytics.
