As the GM of Hospitality for Moniker Group, I'm responsible for the success of 4 Hospitality brands. Moniker Commons (Coworking), Moniker Coffee, The Bar @ Moniker General, and Moniker Cocktail Co (Beverage Catering). As a Crew Member at Trader Joe's customer experience is everything. How each and every customer whom walks through the front door feels when they walk out of the exit is our main concern. My daily responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:- Providing the customers with a WOW experience during their time inside Trader Joe's. Properly projecting sales volume based around the time of year, holidays, and weather to ensure items are stocked for customers while keeping a clean daily back stock.-Leading and mentoring new employees as well as mentoring current employees on efficiency, safety, and proper section leadership.

- Provide excellent and timely customer service to our current and potential guests. - Monitor all activities around the hotel property, boardwalk, and restaurant. Attend to any needs of guests that can not be met by housemen or front desk employees. - Communicate any necessary events or situations that arise during the day/evening to our nightly security guard. Report, issues and situations, to our GM and Reservations Manager as needed. - Fulfilling and filling in for front desk associates, housemen, maintenance, and house keepers during their individual breaks is a daily requirement. Worked with RoomMaster as well.

- Specialized in customized lawn treatment plans for clients. Applied needed chemicals, and various products achieve goals within their treatment plan. - Recorded daily truck logs as well as product inventory, storage, and ordering.- Inside nightly sales consisting of calling potential new clients to talk about our program along with current customers promoting an upgraded treatment plan.

- Various duties from course maintenance including lawn care, irrigation upkeep, pesticide application, client relations including member benefit care, bag drop duties and keeping a schedule for tee time starts.

- Preparation and assembly of culinary delights for both lunch and dinner fares. - My daily management responsibilities included training new employees, common area cleanliness, proper temperature preparation of food items, station management, and inventory preparation and rollover. - Implemented skillful communication between kitchen staff and servers.
