Managing the Selle Royal Group and their brands: Fizik, Crank Brothers, Brooks and Selle Royal in the OEM market for North America. This includes not only gaining spec, but supporting the business with marketing efforts. Coordination with the individual Brands and their marketing teams' are essential to be successful in this market. I'm also representing North America to the Selle Royal factories, communicating the requirements of the market to both Italy and China.

Product forecasting, business planning within multiple distribution channels, developing promotional events, creating sales programs, managing budgets, product allocation strategies, managing independent sales agencies (27reps). Grew portfolio from 10 million to 45 million.

Coordinating sales team (10 independent reps), managing the budget, developed relationships, created sales reports, added services to accounts (labeling program, same day delivery), tested product, pioneered new categories (sunglasses, computers and apparel)

Managing floor staff, restocking floor merchandise, selling, closing procedures, merchandising (floor set up), tracking inventory sales, communicating with buying office and scheduling employees. Responsible for over 12 million in sales per year at the top department in the country.

Secure new contracts for commercial buildings, estimate material, estimate labor per job environment, negotiate pricing on materials with wholesalers, portfolio included public and private jobs.
