Microbial identification and visualization using a novel Reverse complement PCR(RC-PCR) technique andDNA sequencing of the small-subunit rRNA. Creating visualizations using JavaScript and D3.js for the output of a pipeline that conducts microbial identification. These visualizations increased the interpretation of the pipeline results. Conducting a validation on the pipeline that performs microbial identification. This validation included data simulation and statistics to determine performance. Some techniques used in these validations are Python, BASH, and different Bioinformatics tools.
