Before the acquisition by DroneDeploy, I rode the wave in with StructionSite. Back in 2018, I took on the role of an Innovation Manager at a CM firm, where I successfully implemented both StructionSite and DroneDeploy so this acquistion landed perfectly to my background. The startup life beckoned, and I answered the call, driven by a focus to create top of funnel collateral that I wish I had as a technology manager trying to scale across hundreds of projects. The U-shaped building has two levels of underground parking and featured numerous amenities including a landscaped courtyard and tenant amenity spaces on the ground floor. - Every unit contained prefabricated SurePod bathrooms, and an Infinity Structural System.

Vetting and implementing new technology to enhance best practices around QA/QC, scheduling, and remote collaboration. Created an in-house reality capture program which included 360-photo job site capture, UAV's, and laser scanning.
