Lead Information Technology specialist in a specialized intelligence unit that directly supported the Commander of the US European Command. Managed a service desk that provided Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications Systems (JWICS) network, VOIP, and video teleconferencing tier 1 support for the unit and multiple remote locations across Europe. Served as the Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) for the unit along with on-site technical support for Special Access Program (SAP) systems. Primary COMSEC account holder for the Survey Division responsible for maintaining and updating all encryption devices, associated software, and electronic keys.

3Rd Bct, 101St Airborne Division (Air Assault), Ft Campbell, Ky

Held positions as both the service desk manager and lead network operations specialist. Led numerous automation and documentation projects including baseline imaging, database creation and constructing both physical and logical network diagrams. Provided immediate support for deployable unit equipment that included routers, switches, encryption devices, VOIP phones, video teleconferencing, and satellite transmission equipment. Directly supported the Brigade COMSEC team as an alternate during personnel shortages.
