• Co-led facilitation, planning, and promotion of Amplified, CSUF's first common listen program highlighting relevant social justice issues through meaningful dialogues about popular podcasts; successfully co-facilitated six large-scale campus-wide dialogue events from Oct. 2023 to Apr. 2024• Co-facilitated "DEI 101" and "Gender and Pronoun Use" workshops both in-person and virtually for faculty, staff, student staff, and professional conferences• Processed and verified all submissions for the department's Inclusion Champion Certificate Program (ICCP) and ICCP 2.0 certificates by reviewing completion logs for required courses, reflection essays, and DEI action plans; awarded certification to 48 candidates (42 ICCP and 6 ICCP 2.0 candidates)• Aggregated and self-managed all assessment, debrief, marketing, participation, and registrant data for department-facilitated programs via Microsoft Excel and Qualtrics
