Leading key projects such as the installation of state of the art cutting machines, a team training initiative, cutting process reengineering, and a scrap inventory and use initiative, were all critical in setting up the team to succeed.

The organization places a strong emphasis on community health and improving healthcare accessibility, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Accomplishments:- As a Residency Coordinator I used a waterfall project management approach, I launched and integrated a virtual residency interview program, completely eliminating scheduling conflicts and recording one of the highest volumes in interviews to date.- During my time as a Practice Manager, I directed the launch of a new sleep clinic, from initial concept to operational implementation, increasing patient access by 30%- As a Patient Experience Advisor, I developed and executed a comprehensive system-wide developmental program, surpassing business unit goals for patient experience scores by 10%.

The Arizona Army National Guard is a versatile and dedicated component of the U.S. Army, serving both state and federal missions. Its members are highly trained soldiers who provide critical support in times of state emergencies, disaster relief, and national defense. The Guard offers a unique blend of military training, leadership development, and service opportunities, empowering soldiers to make an impact both at home and abroad through deployments and community support.I was fortunate to be able to support my community at both home and abroad during my time in the Army National Guard. I served both part time and active duty during my 13 year tenure.Key Accomplishments:- While serving as Training & Operations Administrator, I led a training program that resulted in our company becoming the first in the state of Arizona to reach the highest level of heavy weapons readiness. - In my first year as Recruiter I was awarded Arizona 2013 Recruiting and Retention Rookie of the Year for exceeding enlistment goals.- While serving with the Honor Guard team I helped orchestrated and conduct over 3,500 military funeral honors ceremonies.- Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
