Our firm offers qualified investors and family offices stable, uncorrelated alpha returns via a private mortgage REIT and direct participation opportunities. I have 25 plus years in leveraged finance, portfolio management, loan structuring, and operations. My experience has spanned a classic progression of sell side positions into hedge fund and family office roles that have solidified my understanding of the drivers of investor satisfaction and comfort; transparency, diligence, alignment of incentives, maintaining a command of the details, perspective, patience, and a thorough understanding of the many risks inherent in this type of lending. All of us at Fairbridge are straightforward, serious, and dedicated to protecting investor principal, and to generating returns for our investors, while supporting the residential housing market in very favorable, underserved markets. We fill a structural gap in the bridge lending market with short duration (12-24 months), premium yield, first or second lien position loans, often with known borrowers.
